What are the most frequent repairs your shop performs during the summer months? "We encounter all sorts of vehicular problems during the summer and we mostly find defective belts and hoses, dirty filters, and ineffective air conditioners". I'm buying a pre-owned vehicle... I've heard of something called a Pre-Purchase Inspection. What are they, and does your shop do them? "If you're shopping for a pre-owned vehicle, one of the best things you can do is have that vehicle checked out by ASE- certified technicians. We offer a Pre-Purchase Inspection that provides an examination of the vehicle and gives you an idea of its condition. A Pre-Purchase Inspection takes the guesswork out of deciding to purchase or not, and even gives you 'bargaining power' when negotiating a price with the owner."

What kind of warranty does your shop provide? "We warranty our parts and labor for 12,000 miles or 12 months, whichever comes first. We use high-quality AC Delco parts. The better the parts, the more reliable they are and the longer they last."

TIP: With some cars if the timing belt breaks while you're driving, major engine damage can occur. If you purchase an older car without reliable maintenance records, it's better to be safe than sorry - change the timing belt
